Register your business name (branding without registering the name is not a smart move. Someone can register that name before you. Remember you don’t have monopoly of ideas), Upgrade from Business name to company (why register a new company when you can simply upgrade from business name to limited liability company etc. if you like the name you have built you can simply upgrade to a company), or register an NGO, school, limited liability company, church etc. (new ideas require a good start and old ones deserve a good legal backing).
